Trash pick-up days are Monday and Thursday (weekly).

The new schedule starts on February 1, 2026.

Please use the new 2026 Contact Information Sheet. Click here (Phase III Contact Information Form). Failure to complete and submit carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.

Tenants' Summary of Deed Restrictions is still required. You will receive a separate request if you have a new tenant, or we do not have one on file for your current tenant. Failure to return this form, signed by both the owner and the non-owner resident, carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.

The Board of Directors will meet virtually at 6:00 p.m. on January 20, 2026, April 21, 2026, and July 21, 2026.
