Housekeeping Notes 2025:
➢ Payment Schedule: PLEASE NOTE MAINTENANCE INCREASES TO $60.00/MONTH. See Phase III Payment Schedule on the Documents page.
➢ Please use the new 2025 Contact Information Sheet. See Phase III Contact Information Form on the Documents page.
Failure to return carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.
➢ Tenants Summary of Deed Restrictions is still required. You will receive a separate request if you have a new tenant, or we do not have
one on file for your current tenant. Failure to return this form signed by both the owner and non-owner resident carries a
MINIMUM $25.00 fine.
➢ Termite Inspection is scheduled for Monday, February 17, 2025. This inspection will be an exterior inspection ONLY unless one of the
following conditions occurs:
1. The owner of the unit specifically requests an interior inspection in advance by calling Palm Pest and Lawn at 1 352 592-8484 or emailing Palm Pest Office at office@palmpestandlawn.com.
2. The technicians see evidence of termite infestation from their exterior inspection.
➢ The Board of Directors will meet virtually at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates in 2025: January 21, 2024; April 15, 2024; July 15, 2024;
October 21, 2024 (Budget meeting); January 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (Annual meeting).
