• Trash pick-up days are Monday and Thursday (weekly). The new schedule began on February 1, 2026.
• Payment Schedule: PLEASE NOTE MAINTENANCE INCREASES TO $60.00/MONTH.
• Please use the new 2026 Contact Information Sheet. Failure to complete and submit carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.
• Tenants' Summary of Deed Restrictions is still required. You will receive a separate request if you have a new tenant or if we do not have one on file for your current tenant. Failure to return this form, signed by both the owner and the non-owner resident, carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.
