➢ Payment Schedule: PLEASE NOTE MAINTENANCE REMAINS AT $60.00/MONTH. See Phase I Payment Schedule on the Documents page.

➢ Please use the new 2025 Contact Information Sheet. See Phase I Contact Information Sheet.

     Failure to return carries a MINIMUM $25.00 fine.

➢ Tenants Summary of Deed Restrictions is still required. You will receive a separate request if you have a new tenant, or we do not have 
     one on file for your current tenant. Failure to return this form signed by both the owner and non-owner resident carries a

➢ The Board of Directors will meet virtually at 5:30 p.m. on the following dates in 2025: January 21, 2024; April 15, 2024; July 15, 2024;
     October 21, 2024 (Budget meeting); January 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (Annual meeting).
